My little "Chilly Chester", who was featured in the December issue of Create and Decorate magazine, has been returned by the editors and is available for purchase! 

 Chester wears a black top hat, a polka-dot tie and has a cute expression on his face. He carries a handmade broom in his arm. Made of paperclay, Chester stands 5 1/2" tall.
